The original John Smith RPG texture pack was first released in 2010 and gained popularity for its distinctive medieval-themed textures. The John Smith Legacy texture pack, also known as JSL, is a continuation of the original John Smith texture pack, which was created by JohnSmith2007, a Minecraft player and texture artist.
